Learning Show Lights, Camera, Engage! On average, learners watch 34 hours of television per week. So Customer Service Intelligence® was created using a proprietary Television Series-Style™ video production technique that leverages story, character and television production processes to create learning content that reminds Learners of a television series.

Learners are People Our Television Series-Style process takes the productive story and character elements of television and marshals them towards learning and development. Learners are people, first and foremost. And research shows that 50% of them are disengaged at work. Over 50% are unhappy in their jobs. And nearly 50% feel that their leaders are ineffective. We’d like to do something about that.

With Customer Service Intelligence®, our goal is to create customer service training that your learners will love.
